Under our property management, you only pay us when we do something at your property.  We DO NOT DEDUCT a percentage of the rent every month if we have done nothing at the property.  We have a clear charging structure, so you will know exactly how much you may need to pay for our services.  We use our maintenance teams to keep the exterior of your property in a clean and tidy shape at all times for a minimal charge.
